हांगझोउ : एशियन गेम्स 2023 में भारतीय खिलाड़ी बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं. भारत के लिए ऐश्वर्य प्रताप सिंह तोमर ने पुरुषों की व्यक्तिगत 50 मीटर राइफल 3-पोजीशन स्पर्धा रजत पदक जीता है. उन्होंने शानदार प्रदर्शन कर ये मेडल अपने नाम किया है. इस दौरान स्वप्निल सुरेश कुसाले चौथे स्थान पर रहे. इस मैच में ऐश्वर्या ने बेहतरीन खेल दिखाया. एक समय वो मैच में पांचवें स्थान पर थे, लेकिन उन्होंने आगे बढ़ते हुए 459.7 का स्कोर कर शानदार वापसी की और 310.8 अंकों के साथ रजत पदक अपने नाम कर लिया.

ऐश्वर्य प्रताप सिंह एक दिन में 2 मेडल किए अपने नाम
इससे पहले ऐश्वर्य प्रताप सिंह पुरुषों की 50 मीटर राइफल 3-पोजीशन स्पर्धा में भारत को गोल्ड भी दिलाया. दरअसल भारत ने 50 मीटर राइफल थ्री पोजीशन में मेंस टीम ने 7वां गोल्ड हासिल किया है. ऐश्वर्य प्रताप सिंह, अखिल शिरोन और स्वप्निल सुरेश ने 1769 स्कोर कर गोल्ड जीता. भारतीय टीम ने 1769 अंकों के साथ संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के विश्व रिकॉर्ड को भी तोड़ दिया. इस स्पर्धा में चीन ने रजत और कोरिया गणराज्य ने कांस्य पदक जीता है.ऐश्वर्य प्रताप सिंह एक ही दिन में भारत के लिए 2 मेडल हासिल करने वाले खिलाड़ी बन गए हैं. उन्होंने 50 मीटर राइफल 3-पोजीशन टीम और व्यक्तिगत कैटेगरी में मेडल हासिल किया है.

शूटिंग की इस कठिन प्रतियोगिता में, जिसमें घुटने टेककर, प्रोन और खड़े होकर शूटिंग करते समय एक प्रतिभागी की क्षमताओं का परीक्षण किया जाता है, तोमर ने घुटने टेककर 99 और 100, प्रोन में 98 और 99 और खड़े होकर 98 और 97 का स्कोर किया. कुसाले को नीलिंग में 98 और 98, प्रोन में 100 और 99 और स्टैंडिंग में 99 और 97 का स्कोर मिला. श्योरण ने नीलिंग में 95, 99, प्रोन में 95, 99 और खड़े होने की स्थिति में 98, 99 अंक हासिल किए और कुल मिलाकर उनका कुल स्कोर 1769 रहा.
