मुंबई : मुंबई के डोंगरी इलाके में मंगलवार को चार मंजिला आवासीय इमारत गिरने से दर्दनाक हादसा हो गया. सूत्रों के मुताबिक, इस हादसे में अब तक 11 लोगों की मौत हो गई जबकि करीब 40 लोग घायल हुए हैं. काफी संख्या में स्थानीय लोग भी बचाव के काम में जुटे. मुंबई बिल्डिंग रिपेयर एंड रिकंस्ट्रक्शन बोर्ड के अनुसार ये इमारत अनधिकृत थी. वहीं इस हादसे पर बॉलीवुड सितारों ने भी अपना दुख प्रकट किया है.

सोशल मीडिया के जरिए सितारों ने घायलों के जल्द ठीक होने और मृतकों की आत्मा की शांति की कामना की है. एक्टर अर्जुन कपूर ने ट्विटर पर लिखा- 'मेरी संवेदनाएं उनके परिवार के साथ हैं जो इस हादसे में अपनों की जान गवां बैठे हैं. उम्मीद करता हूं कि मलबे में फंसे लोगों को सुरक्षित निकाल लिया जाएगा.'

गौरतलब है कि मुंबई के इस हादसे को लेकर बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका (बीएमसी) के आपदा प्रबंधन प्रकोष्ठ के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि प्रारंभिक सूचना के अनुसार डोंगरी में टंडेल मार्ग पर स्थित भूतल के अतिरिक्त चार मंजिल वाली इस 'केशरबाई बिल्डिंग' का एक बड़ा हिस्सा सुबह करीब 11 बजकर 40 मिनट पर गिर गया. पुलिस ने बताया कि हादसे में अभी तक 11 लोगों की मौत हुई है और पांच अन्य घायल हुए हैं.

बेहद घनी आबादी और संकरी सड़कों वाले इलाके में स्थित इस इमारत में काफी लोग रह रहे थे. इसके मलबे में कई लोगों के फंसे होने की आशंका है. दमकल विभाग, मुंबई पुलिस और निकाय अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंच गए हैं, लेकिन संकरी सड़कों के कारण राहत एवं बचाव कार्य में दिक्कतें आ रही हैं. बड़ी संख्या में स्थानीय लोग भी बचाव कार्य में जुटे हैं और मलबा हटाने में मदद कर रहे हैं.
