मुंबईः अभिनेता भाग्यश्री के बेटे अभिमन्यु अब मृणाल ठाकुर के साथ फैमिली कॉमेडी-ड्रामा फिल्म 'आंख मिचोली' में नजर आएंगे, जिसे उमेश शुक्ला निर्देशित करने वाले हैं.
'102 नॉट आउट' की सफलता के बाद, सोनी पिक्चर्स फिल्म्स इंडिया और शुक्ला एक बार फिर 'आंख मिचोली' के लिए साथ काम कर रहे हैं. फिल्म की कहानी ऐसे परिवार के बारे में है, जिसमें परेशानी ही परेशानी है. फिल्म के दिवाली 2020 में रिलीज होने की उम्मीद है.
फिल्म के बारे में बात करते हुए निर्देशक और निर्माता शुक्ला ने कहा, 'फिल्म मेरे दिल के करीब है और मुझे गर्व है कि हम फिल्म के लिए इतनी मजेदार कास्ट को एक साथ ला सके.'

निर्देशक ने कहा, 'फैमिली एंटरटेनर फिल्म की कहानी अनोखे परिवार के बारे में है क्योंकि यह पूरी तरह फैमिली एंटरटेनर फिल्म है तो हमने सोचा कि इसे हम दिवाली पर रिलीज करेंगे और मैं आपसे वादा करता हूं कि ऑडियंस हंसते-हंसते अपना पेट पकड़ लेगी.'

फिल्म में परेश रावल, शरमन जोशी, दिव्या दत्ता, अभिषेक बनर्जी, दर्शन जरीवाला, ग्रुशा कपूर और विजय राज अहम किरदार निभा रहे हैं. फिल्म का म्यूजिक हिट जोड़ी सचिन-जिगर कंपोज करने वाले हैं.
आंख मिचोली का स्क्रीनप्ले जितेंद्र परमार ने लिखा है.
फिल्म अनाउंसमेंट के मौके पर, सोनी पिक्चर्स एंटरटेनमेंट इंडिया के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर विवेक कृष्णानी ने कहा, 'उमेश शुक्ला ने सालों से अपने काम के जरिए ह्यूमर के साथ फिल्म और दर्शकों को जोड़ने की कला का विकास किया है.'
