मुंबई: फिल्म इंडस्ट्री की लेजेंडरी और एवरग्रीन एक्ट्रेस वहीदा रहमान को सिनेमा जगत के सबसे बड़े सम्मान से नवाजे जाने की अनाउंसमेंट के बाद से उन्हें जमकर चारों ओर से शुभकामनाएं मिल रही हैं. सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर ने एक्ट्रेस को दादा साहेब फाल्के अवॉर्ड दिए जाने का एलान किया है. देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने ट्विट कर वहीदा रहमान को बधाई दी है. पीएम ने कहा कि 'खुशी है कि वहीदा रहमान जी को दादा साहब फाल्के लाइफटाइम अचीवमेंट अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया जा रहा है, वह हमारी सर्वश्रेष्ठ सिनेमाई विरासत का प्रतीक हैं.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने एक्ट्रेस को बधाई देते हुए ट्वीट कर लिखा 'खुशी है कि वहीदा रहमान जी को दादा साहब फाल्के लाइफटाइम अचीवमेंट अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया जा रहा है'. 'भारतीय सिनेमा में उनकी यात्रा ने एक अमिट छाप छोड़ी है'. प्रतिभा, समर्पण और शालीनता की प्रतीक वह हमारी सर्वश्रेष्ठ सिनेमाई विरासत का प्रतीक हैं, उन्हें बधाई.' वहीं, इससे पहले फिल्म इंडस्ट्री की वर्सेटाइल एक्ट्रेस का भी रिएक्शन सामने आ चुका है. एक्ट्रेस ने कहा कि 'मुझे खुशी है कि सरकार ने इस बड़े सम्मान के लिए मुझे चुना'. जब आपको कोई चीज सम्मान, प्यार और मोहब्बत से मिलती है तो खुशी होती है. इसके साथ ही अभिनेत्री ने सरकार के साथ ही सूचना व प्रसारण मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर को भी धन्यवाद दिया है.
