नई दिल्ली : राहुल गांधी की लोकसभा से अयोग्यता पर विवाद थमता नजर नहीं आ रहा है. कांग्रेस लगातार भापजा पर आरोप लगा रही है. वहीं, भाजपा राहुल गांधी की लोकसभा से अयोग्यता को उनके अहंकार का परिणाम बता रही है. बुधवार को एक बार फिर एक और केंद्रीय मंत्री ने राहुल गांधी पर हमला बोला. केंद्रीय मंत्री रेल अश्विनी वैष्णव ने बुधवार को कहा कि राहुल गांधी के बयान से ओबीसी समुदाय का अपमान हुआ है. उन्होंने कहा कि अब कोर्ट ने उन्हें दोषी करार दे दिया है तो वे कोर्ट के ही खिलाफ बोलने लगे हैं.

उन्होंने कहा कि वह इस गलतफहमी में है कि उनके लिए देश का कानून कुछ अलग होगा. वह सिर्फ किसी भी तरह से सत्ता हासिल करना चाहते हैं. उन्हें लगता है कि यह उनका जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार है. केंद्रीय मंत्री रेल अश्विनी वैष्णव ने कहा कि राहलु गांधी जिद की राजनीति करते हैं. उन्हें लगता है कि एक खास परिवार में जन्म लेने से उनको कुछ विशेषाधिकार मिले हुए हैं. जबकि ऐसा नहीं है. उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसा लगता है कि वह अपने आप को संविधान, अदालत और संसद से ऊपर मानते हैं.

अश्विनी वैष्णव ने राहुल गांधी पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि उनकी सदस्यता संविधान के प्रावधान के तहत खत्म की गई है. उन्हें क्यों लगता है कि संविधान का प्रावधान उनके लिए कुछ अलग होगा. उन्होंने कहा कि राहुल गांधी भी बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर के बनाये संविधान के अधीन आते हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि राहुल गांधी संस्थानों की स्वतंत्रता और सम्मान की बात करते हैं. तो वह बतायें कि क्या एक अध्यादेश को फाड़ना सम्मान जनक काम था? वो भी तब जब प्रधानमंत्री विदेश में हों. उन्होंने कहा कि वह राहुल गांधी का अहंकार था. और आज उसी अहंकार के कारण राहुल गांधी की सदस्यता गई है.
