बड़ी खबर: 18 साल से ऊपर वाले रहें तैयार, कल से लगेगा कोरोना का टीका

बिहार में वैक्सीन लगवाने की आस में बैठे 18 से 44 साल के लोगों का टीकाकरण कल यानी 9 मई से शुरू होगा. इस बात की जानकारी स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने दी है.

पटना: बिहार में कोरोना से बचाव की वैक्सीन लगवाने की आस में बैठे 18 से 44 साल के लोगों के लिए खुशखबरी है. स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अनुसार कल यानी 9 मई से 18 साल से अधिक उम्र वाले लोगों को वैक्सीन दी जाएगी. आज बिहार को वैक्सीन के और 3.5 लाख डोज मिले हैं.

बता दें कि कोरोना टीकाकरण का तीसरा चरण 1 मई से शुरू हो गया था, लेकिन में बिहार में वैक्सीन उपलब्ध नहीं होने के कारण 18 साल से अधिक उम्र वालों का टीकाकरण नहीं हो पा रहा था.

इससे पहले बिहार में 18 वर्ष से 44 वर्ष के बीच के लोगों को 1 मई से टीका लगना था. लेकिन, सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया ने एक बार में राज्यों को वैक्सीन की आपूर्ति करने से हाथ खड़े कर दिए थे.

इंतजार खत्म, कल से लगेगा टीका
इसके बाद एक मई से टीकाकरण का मामला फंस गया था. इतना ही नहीं, 18 से अधिक उम्र वाले टीकाकरण के लिए रजिस्‍ट्रेशन करा रहे थे, लेकिन इसके लिए स्‍लॉट बुकिंग का ऑप्‍शन नहीं मिल रहा था. इसके बाद कहा गया कि राज्य को टीके की आपूर्ति होने के बाद सरकार 18 से अधिक उम्र के लोगों के टीकाकरण का फैसला लेगी.

18+ की आबादी करीब… 5 करोड़ 47 लाख के करीब
दरअसल, बिहार की आबादी करीब 14 करोड़ 58 लाख 26 हजार है. इसमें 18 साल से ऊपर की आबादी 7 करोड़ 49 लाख है, यानी इतने लोगों को वैक्सीन की दोनों डोज देनी होगी. इसके लिए 14 करोड़ 99 लाख 31 हजार 608 डोज वैक्सीन की जरूरत पड़ेगी.

वहीं, 18 साल से लेकर 44 साल के लोगों की संख्या 5 करोड़ 47 लाख के करीब हैं. अगर दोनों को मिला लें तो इसके लिए अलग से करीब 10 करोड़ 69 लाख डोज की जरूरत पड़ेगी. संख्या का अनुमान होने के बाद पुणे की सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया को एक करोड़ वैक्सीन का ऑर्डर किया गया.
