ન્યૂયોર્કઃ ભારત કેનેડા વિવાદમાં વચ્ચે ભારતને મળ્યો છે શ્રીલંકાનો સહકાર. મંગળવારે શ્રીલંકાના વિદેશ પ્રધાન અલી સાબરીનું નિવેદન સામે આવ્યું છે. જેમાં તેઓ કેનેડા આતંકવાદીઓ માટે સ્વર્ગ સમાન છે તેવું કહી રહ્યા છે. તેમણે કેનેડાના વડાપ્રધાન જસ્ટિન ટ્રુડોને પણ આડે હાથે લીધા છે. સાબરીએ એક સમાચાર એજન્સીને જણાવ્યું કે ટ્રુડોના નિવેદન આશ્ચર્યચકિત નથી કરતા કારણ કે આ તેમના રાજકારણનો એક ભાગ છે. તેમણે કહ્યું કે ઉત્તરી અમેરિકન દેશ(કેનેડા)માં આતંકવાદીઓને સંરક્ષણ મળે છે.

શ્રીલંકામાં નરસંહારની અફવાઃ શ્રીલંકન પ્રધાન આગળ જણાવે છે કે કેનેડિયન વડાપ્રધાન કોઈ પણ પુરાવા વિના અપમાનજનક આરોપ લગાવે છે અને આતંકવાદીઓને સંરક્ષણ પૂરુ પાડે છે. ટ્રુડો શ્રીલંકા વિશે પણ અફવાઓ ફેલાવી ચૂક્યા છે. શ્રીલંકામાં નરસંહાર થયો છે તેવી અફવા ટ્રુડોએ ફેલાવી હતી. જે એક હળાહળ અસત્ય હતું. સમગ્ર વિશ્વ જાણે છે કે અમારા દેશમાં કોઈ નરસંહાર થયો નથી. કેનેડાની સંસદમાં એક ભૂતપૂર્વ સૈનિકના સન્માન થવાના મુદ્દે તેમણે કેનેડાના વડાપ્રધાન પર આકરા વાકપ્રહાર કર્યા હતા. તેમણે કટાક્ષ કર્યો કે નાઝી સૈનિકનું જોરદાર સ્વાગત કેનેડાની સંસદમાં થયું છે.

નાઝી સૈનિકનું સન્માનઃ 22 સપ્ટેમ્બરના રોજ કેનેડાની સંસદમાં યુક્રેન રાષ્ટ્રપતિ વ્લાદિમીર ઝેલેંસ્કીના ભાષણ દરમિયાન 98 વર્ષના યુક્રેની યારોસ્લાવ હુંકા કે જેણે બીજા વિશ્વયુદ્ધ દરમિયાન લડાઈ કરી હતી તેનું સન્માન કેનેડાની સંસદ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. સાબરીએ કેનેડા અને શ્રીલંકાના સંબંધ પર બોલતા જણાવ્યું કે ટ્રુડોની નરસંહારવાળા નિવેદનને લીધે બંને દેશોના સંબંધ પર અસર પડી છે. જો કે કેનેડાના વિદેશ મંત્રાલયનો અભિગમ ભિન્ન છે. આ મંત્રાલયે શ્રીલંકામાં નરસંહાર ન થયો હોવાનું નિવેદન આપ્યું હતું. જ્યારે એક દેશનું નેતૃત્વ કરતા હોવા છતાં ટ્રુડો કહે છે કે શ્રીલંકામાં નરસંહાર થયો હતો. આ બંને આધિકારીક નિવેદન એકબીજાની વિરુદ્ધમાં છે.

હિન્દ મહાસાગરની ગરિમાઃ સાબરીએ કેનેડાના વડાપ્રધાનને અન્ય દેશના આંતરિક વિવાદો પર હસ્તક્ષેપ ન કરવાની સલાહ આપી છે. તેમણે કહ્યું કે મને નતી લાગતું કે એક દેશે બીજા દેશને કેવી રીતે શાસન કરવું તે સલાહ આપવી જોઈએ. અમે ટ્રુ઼ડોના આ નિવેદનને રદિયો આપીએ છીએ. હિન્દ મહાસાગરની ઓળખ ગરિમામય રાખવી જોઈએ. આપણે સાથે મળીને કામ કરવું જોઈએ. આ રીતે જ આપણે શાંતિપૂર્ણ વાતાવરણ રચી શકીશું. અમારે કોઈ અન્ય દ્વારા અપાયેલી સલાહ મુજબ અમારા વિવાદો ઉકેલવા નથી.
