નવી દિલ્હી : ચંદ્રયાન-3ના સફળ ઉતરાણને ભારતીય અવકાશ સંશોધન સંસ્થા (ઇસરો) ની અજોડ સિદ્ધિ ગણાવતા કોંગ્રેસે બુધવારે કહ્યું કે આ એક વ્યક્તિનું પરિણામ નથી, પરંતુ સામૂહિક સંકલ્પના છે. અવકાશ ક્ષેત્રમાં નવો ઈતિહાસ રચતા ભારતીય અવકાશ સંશોધન સંસ્થા (ISRO)એ બુધવારે ચંદ્રના દક્ષિણ ધ્રુવ પર લેન્ડર 'વિક્રમ' અને રોવર 'પ્રજ્ઞાન'થી સજ્જ LMનું સોફ્ટ લેન્ડિંગ કરવામાં સફળતા મેળવી હતી. ભારતીય સમય અનુસાર, તે લગભગ સાંજે 6:04 વાગ્યે ચંદ્રની સપાટીને સ્પર્શ્યું હતું.

કોંગ્રેસએ ચંદ્રયાનને શુભેચ્છા પાઠવી : કોંગ્રેસ અધ્યક્ષ મલ્લિકાર્જુન ખડગેએ કહ્યું કે, ચંદ્રયાન-3ની સફળતા દરેક ભારતીયની સામૂહિક સફળતા છે. પાર્ટીના મહાસચિવ જયરામ રમેશે એક નિવેદનમાં કહ્યું, 'આજે આપણે જે સફળતા જોઈ રહ્યા છીએ તે સામૂહિક સંકલ્પ, સામૂહિક કાર્ય, સામૂહિક ટીમ પ્રયાસનું પરિણામ છે. આ એક વ્યક્તિનું નહીં પણ સિસ્ટમનું પરિણામ છે. 'છેલ્લા કેટલાક વર્ષોમાં ISROની જે ભાગીદારી છે, ISROની વિવિધ શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાઓ, ખાનગી ક્ષેત્રની નાની કંપનીઓ સાથે જે ભાગીદારી છે, જેને આજે સ્ટાર્ટઅપ કહેવામાં આવે છે. તે બીજી બાજુથી પણ થયું છે, અમે પણ તેના જોઈ રહ્યા છીએ. આજની ક્ષણ અમારા માટે ખૂબ જ ગર્વની ક્ષણ છે અને અમે ઈસરોને સલામ કરીએ છીએ.

મિશનમાં તમામનો ફાળો મહત્વનો : ઈસરોના ઈતિહાસનો ઉલ્લેખ કરતાં રમેશે કહ્યું કે, 'ઈસરોની આજની સિદ્ધિ ખરેખર અદ્ભુત છે, તે બેજોડ છે. INCOSPARની સ્થાપના ફેબ્રુઆરી 1962માં હોમી ભાભા અને વિક્રમ સારાભાઈની દૂરંદેશીને કારણે થઈ હતી. આમાં જે પ્રથમ વ્યક્તિ સામેલ હતી, તે પહેલા ચાર-પાંચ લોકો એપીજે અબ્દુલ કલામ હતા. તેઓ કહે છે, 'આ પછી, ઑગસ્ટ 1969ના મહિનામાં, વિક્રમ સારાભાઈ, જેમણે હંમેશા અવકાશ વિજ્ઞાન અને અવકાશ સંશોધનને વિકાસના દૃષ્ટિકોણથી જોયું, તેમણે ઈસરોની સ્થાપના કરી. 1972 અને 1984 ની વચ્ચે સતીશ ધવન આવ્યા અને અપ્રતિમ નેતૃત્વ બતાવ્યું. વૈજ્ઞાનિક, ટેકનિકલ અને મેનેજમેન્ટના દૃષ્ટિકોણથી તેમનું યોગદાન એકદમ અજોડ રહ્યું છે.

'સતીશ ધવન પછી, તેની શરૂઆત યુઆર રાવથી થઈ અને ઘણા રાષ્ટ્રપતિ આવ્યા. તે બધાએ ISRO અને આપણા અવકાશ કાર્યક્રમોમાં વિશેષ યોગદાન આપ્યું છે.
