88માં સ્થાપના દિવસ પર વાયુ સેનાના જાંબાઝ દેખાડી રહ્યા છે તાકાત

ભારતીય વાયુ સેનાનો આજે 88મો સ્થાપના દિવસ છે. ભારતીય વાયુ સેનાના સ્થાપના 8 ઓક્ટોમ્બર 1932ના રોજ થઈ હતી. વાયુસેનાના લડાકુ વિમાન ગાઝિયાબાદના હિંડન એરબેસથી કલાબાજી દેખાડી રહ્યા છે.

નવી દિલ્હી : ભારતીય વાયુ સેનાનો આજે 88મો સ્થાપના દિવસ છે. ભારતીય વાયુ સેનાના સ્થાપના 8 ઓક્ટોમ્બર 1932ના રોજ થઈ હતી. વાયુસેનાના લડાકુ વિમાન ગાઝિયાબાદના હિંડન એરબેસથી કલાબાજી દેખાડી રહ્યા છે. પ્રહેલી વખત વાયુ સેનાએ 1 એપ્રિલ 1933ના ઉડાન ભરી હતી. પ્રથમ ઑપરેશન વઝીરિસ્તાનમાં કબાઈલિયા વિરુદ્ધ હતું.

આ પહેલા ભારતીય વાયુ સેનાએ 88માં સ્થાપના દિવસની તૈયારીઓ માટે મંગળવારના રોજ હિંડન બેસ પર ફુલ ડ્રેસ રિહર્સલ કર્યું હતુ. આ દરમિયાન તેજસ એલસીએ, મિગ-29 અને સુખોઈ-30 યુદ્ધક વિમાન સિવાય હાલમાં વાયુ સેનમાં સામેલ રાફેલ જેટ વિમાન પણ ભાગ લીધો હતો.

આ સિવાય વાયુ સેનાના એમઆઈ-17વી5, એએલએચ માર્ક-4, એમઆઈ-35 અને અપાચે હેલીકૉપ્ટરે પણ ભાગ લીધો હતો. વાયુ સેનાના પરિવહન વિમાનો સી-17, સી-130, ડોર્નિયર અને ડીસી-3 ડકોટા વિમાનો પણ ભાગ લીધો હતો. સૂર્યકિરણ વિમાનોના એરોબેટિક દળ અને સારંગ વિમાનોએ પણ ફલાઈ પોસ્ટમાં કરતબો બતાવ્યા હતા.

હિંડન એરફોર્સ સ્ટેશન પર ભારતીય વાયુસેના દિવસ મનાવવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે.

ઉત્તરપ્રદેશના ગાઝિયાબાદના હિંડન એરફોર્સ સ્ટેશન પર આજે ભારતીય વાયુસેના દિવસ મનાવવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે.

રાષ્ટ્રપતિ રામનાથ કોવિંદે ટ્વિટ કરી કહ્યું કે, અમને ગર્વ છે. અમારા વાયુ યોદ્ધાઓ, દિગ્ગજ અને ભારતીય વાયુ સેનાના પરિવારનું સન્માન કરીએ છીએ. અમારું આકાશ સુરક્ષિત રાખવા માનવીય સહાયતા અને આપત્તિ રાહતમાં નાગરિક અધિકારીઓની સહાયતા કરવા માટે રાષ્ટ્ર IAFના યોગદાન માટે ઋણી છે.

રક્ષા પ્રધાન રાજનાથ સિંહે ટ્વિટ કરી વાયુસેના દિવસની શુભકામના આપી છે. રાજનાથ સિંહે કહ્યું કે, અમે આધુનિકરણ અને સ્વદેશીકરણ દ્વારા ભારતીય વાયુસેનાની યુદ્ધની ક્ષમતા વધારવા માટે પ્રતિબદ્ધ છીએ. મને વિશ્વાસ છે કે કાંઈ પણ થાય ભારતીય વાયુસેના હંમેશા રાષ્ટ્રના આકાશની રક્ષા કરશે.
