JNU-এ দুষ্কৃতী হামলায় IG-স্তরে তদন্তের নির্দেশ দিলেন অমিত শাহ ৷ কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রক সূত্রে একথা জানা গেছে ৷ এই ঘটনায় তীব্র নিন্দা করেছেন পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ।

দিল্লি, 5 জানুয়ারি : JNU-এ দুষ্কৃতী হামলায় IG-স্তরে তদন্তের নির্দেশ দিলেন কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী অমিত শাহ । দিল্লি পুলিশ কমিশনারের সঙ্গে কথা বলার পর এই নির্দেশ দেন তিনি ।

স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রকের তরফে টুইট করে লেখা হয়, 'জওহরলাল নেহরু বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের দুষ্কৃতী হামলার পর অমিত শাহ দিল্লি পুলিশ কমিশনার অমূল্য পটনায়কের সঙ্গে কথা বলেছেন । তদন্তের নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন তিনি । শীঘ্রই রিপোর্ট জমা করতে বলেছেন ।'

জহওরলাল নেহরু বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে দুষ্কৃতী হামলার নিন্দা জানিয়ে টুইট করেছে মানবসম্পদ উন্নয়ন মন্ত্রক । টুইটে লেখা হয়, 'জওহরলাল নেহরু বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে আজ যে হামলা হয়েছে তা অত্যন্ত নিন্দনীয় । সরকারের নজরে এসেছে, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ক্যাম্পাসে মুখোশ পরা একদল দুষ্কৃতী ঢোকে । তারা পাথর ছুড়ছিল । বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সম্পত্তি নষ্ট করে । পড়ুয়াদের মারধর করে । এই ঘটনা দুর্ভাগ্যজনক । এই হিংসা এবং অরাজকতা মেনে নেওয়া হবে না ।'

JNU-তে হামলার ঘটনায় তীব্র নিন্দা জানিয়েছেন পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় । তিনি টুইট করে লেখেন, 'JNU-র পড়ুয়া ও অধ্যাপকদের উপর হওয়া হামলার তীব্র নিন্দা জানাচ্ছি । গণতন্ত্রের লজ্জা । দীনেশ ত্রিবেদীর নেতৃত্বে একটি প্রতিনিধি দল দিল্লি যাচ্ছে । জওহরলাল নেহরু বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের সমবেদনা জানাবে । '

দিল্লির মুখ্যমন্ত্রী অরবিন্দ কেজরিওয়াল এই ঘটনায় দুঃখ প্রকাশ করে টুইট করেন । তিনি লেখেন, 'JNU-তে হিংসার ঘটনায় আমি হতবাক । পড়ুয়াদের উপর নৃশংসভাবে আক্রমণ করা হয়েছে । পুলিশের উচিত অবিলম্বে এই হিংসা থামিয়ে শান্তির ফিরিয়ে আনা । বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ক্যাম্পাসেই যদি পড়ুয়ারা সুরক্ষিত না থাকতে পারেন, তবে দেশের উন্নতি হবে কী করে?'

কেন্দ্রীয় অর্থমন্ত্রী নির্মলা সীতারমন ঘটনায় দুঃখপ্রকাশ করেন । তিনি টুইট করে লেখেন, 'যে JNU ক্যাম্পাসকে আমি জানতাম সেখানে বিভিন্ন মত ও বিতর্কের চর্চা হত । কিন্তু এরকম হিংসাত্মক ঘটনা ঘটত না । আমি দ্ব্যর্থহীনভাবে হামলার তীব্র নিন্দা করছি । সরকার সমস্ত পড়ুয়াদের জন্য একটি নিরাপদ ক্যাম্পাস চায় । '

AIIMS-এ আহতদের সঙ্গে দেখা করতে যান কংগ্রেস নেত্রী প্রিয়াঙ্কা ভডঢ়া গান্ধি । এরপর তিনি এই ঘটনার প্রেক্ষিতে টুইট করেন । টুইটে তিনি লেখেন, AIIMS ট্রমা সেন্টারে জখম ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা আমায় জানিয়েছেন, লাঠি হাতে দুষ্কৃতীরা তাঁদের উপর হামলা করে । অনেকের হাত, পা ভেঙেছে । কারোর মাথায় চোট রয়েছে । একজন ছাত্র জানিয়েছেন, এক পুলিশকর্মী তাঁকে লাথি মারে । সরকার কীভাবে এইধরণে হিংসায় মদত দিচ্ছে জানি না ।'

পড়ুয়াদের উপর হামলার তীব্র নিন্দা করেন কংগ্রেস নেতা রাহুল গান্ধি । তিনি টুইট করে লেখেন, 'দেশ চালাচ্ছে এক ফ্যাসিস্ট সরকার । তারা ছাত্রদের সাহসী কন্ঠকে ভয় পেয়েছে । জওহরলাল নেহরু বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে হামলা সেই ভয়েরই প্রতিফলন । '
