திரைப்படம், அரசியல், விளையாட்டு என அன்றாட நிகழ்வுகளை வைத்து சர்ச்சையான ட்வீட்டுகளை பதிவிட்டு ரசிகர்களிடம் வாங்கிக்கட்டிக்கொள்பவர் இயக்குநர் ராம் கோபால் வர்மா. உலகமே கரோனா அச்சத்தில் முடங்கி கிடக்கும் நேரத்தில், இவர் மட்டும் கரோனாவே நினைச்சாலும் என்னை தடுக்க முடியாது என்ற பாணியில் அடுத்தடுத்து படங்களை இயக்கி வெளியிட்டு வருகிறார்.
சமீபத்தில் வெளிநாட்டு நடிகை மியா மல்கோவாவை வைத்து 'க்ளைமேக்ஸ்' திரைப்படத்தை இயக்கி தனது சொந்த செயலி தளங்களான 'RGV World', SheryasET'யில் வெளியிட்டிருந்தார். அது மட்டுமல்லாது இப்படத்தை வெளியிடுவதற்கு முன்பாக கரோனா வைரஸ் குறித்து உலகில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட முதல் திரைப்படமான 'கரோனா வைரஸ்' படத்தையும் இயக்கியுள்ளார். இப்படமும் விரைவில் வெளியாக உள்ளது.
இதற்கு பின் 'Naked' என்னும் திரைப்படத்தை இந்திய மாடல் ஒருவரை வைத்து இயக்கியுள்ளார். இந்தப் படத்தையும் தனது செந்த OTT தளத்திலேயே வெளியிட இருக்கிறார். இதற்கு ஒரு காட்சிக்கு ரூ. 200 வசூலிக்கப்படும் எனக் கூறியுள்ளார்.
இந்தப் படங்களைத் தொடர்ந்து ராம் கோபால் வர்மா தற்போது 'The Man Who Killed Gandhi' என்னும் படத்தை இயக்கிவருகிறார். இந்த படத்தின் ஃபர்ஸ்ட் லுக் போஸ்டரை தனது சமூக வலைதளத்தில் ராம் கோபால் வர்மா வெளியிட்டிருந்தார்.
