ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਜ਼ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਸਿਮਰਤ ਕੌਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 20 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੰਡਿਆ ਗਿਆ ? ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਨ ਲਈ ਢੁਕਵੇਂ ਫੰਡ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਸਿਮਰਤ ਕੌਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਾਲ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਹਨ।

This isn't all CM Sahib. Centre has also sent 15 kg wheat & 3 kg pulses for 1.4 cr people which is half of state's population. It's still lying in Pb godowns & not reached a single household. Shouldn't you prioritise work & ensure this relief reaches the needy at the earliest?3/3

ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿੱਥੋਂ ਤਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਹੈ, ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਤਕ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 3485 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 2366 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਜੀਐਸਟੀ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ, 638 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਗਰਾਂਟ, 247 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਰੋਕੂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ, 72 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਮਨਰੇਗਾ ਲਈ, 41 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਕੌਮੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਅਤੇ 72 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਦੀ ਹੰਗਾਮੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਣ ਲਈ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਪੈਕਜ ਤਹਿਤ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 10.70 ਲੱਖ ਹਾਈਡਰੋਕਲੋਰੋਕੁਇਨ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ, 33,615 ਐਨ-95 ਮਾਸਕ ਅਤੇ 4500 ਪੀਪੀਈ ਕਿੱਟਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਤੋਂ ਐਮਪੀ ਹਰਸਿਮਰਤ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਫੰਡ ਮੰਗਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਰਾਹਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੰਡ ਦੇਣ।
