ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰਾ ਵਿਖੇ 150 ਫੁੱਟ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਬੋਰ ਵਿਚ ਡਿੱਗੇ 2 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਫ਼ਤਿਹਵੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਰੰਭੇ ਸੁਸਤ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਰ-ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ 'ਬਚਾਓ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ' ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਬੱਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਮੱਦਦ ਲਈ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਬਚਾਓ ਕਾਰਜ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਬਿਲਕੁੱਲ ਹੋਰ ਹੋਣੇ ਸਨ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਫ਼ਤਿਹਵੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਬਚਾਓ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਨਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਸਰੇ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਮੋੜ ਲਿਆ।
