ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ 'ਚ ਫਰਿਸ਼ਤਾ ਬਣੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ, ਲੱਖਾਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਮੰਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੰਡਿਆ ਲੰਗਰ

ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਫੈਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਘਰਾਂ 'ਚ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਯੂਨਾਈਟੇਡ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੰਗਰ ਵੰਡਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਮਰੀਕਾ, ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਤੇ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ 'ਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਮੰਦਾਂ ਲਈ ਮਸੀਹਾ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਫੈਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਫਰਿਸ਼ਤਾ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਯੂਨਾਈਟੇਡ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਕਰਫਿਊ ਲੱਗੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਇਕਾਂਤਵਾਸ 'ਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ 'ਚ ਲੰਗਰ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ 'ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ 'ਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਿਊਯਾਰਕ 'ਚ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ 28 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਲੰਗਰ ਪੈਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੰਡਿਆ।

ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਦੇ ਡਰਬੀ 'ਚ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਭਾ 'ਚ ਯੂਨਾਈਟੇਡ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਫੂਡ ਬੈਂਕ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ-ਘਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ 10-10 ਕਿਲੋ ਆਟਾ ਵੰਡਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
