'ਚੌਕੀਦਾਰ ਚੋਰ ਹੈ' ਕਹਿਣ 'ਤੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਮੰਗੀ ਮਾਫ਼ੀ

ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਲਫ਼ਨਾਮਾ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਆਨ 'ਚੌਕੀਦਾਰ ਚੋਰ ਹੈ' 'ਤੇ ਮਾਫ਼ੀ ਮੰਗ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਫ਼ੀ ਮੰਗ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਲਫ਼ਨਾਮਾ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ 10 ਮਈ ਤੱਕ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਲਫ਼ਨਾਮੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ, "ਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਕੋਈ ਇਰਾਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਂਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਪਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ. ਅਣਜਾਣਪੁਣੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਗ਼ਲਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਾਫ਼ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।"

ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਜਨ ਸਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤਾਂ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ 'ਚੌਕੀਦਾਰ ਹੀ ਚੋਰ ਹੈ'
