ਫ਼ੌਜ ਮੁਖੀ ਜਨਰਲ ਮਨੋਜ ਮੁਕੰਦ ਨਰਵਣੇ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਫ਼ੌਜੀਆਂ, ਸਿਵਲੀਅਨ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਫ਼ੌਜੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 73ਵੇਂ ਆਰਮੀ ਦਿਵਸ 'ਤੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।
