2001 ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 11ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೆರಿಕದ WTO ಕಟ್ಟದ ಮೇಲಿನ ದಾಳಿ ನಂತರ ಅಮೆರಿಕ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಮರ ಸಾರಿದಂತೆ ನಾವು ಕೂಡ ಸಮರ ಸಾರಬೇಕು. ಆಗಲೆ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಗೆ ಅಂತ್ಯ ಕಾಣಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಗೆ ಕುಮ್ಮಕ್ಕು ನೀಡುವವರನ್ನೂ ನಿಷ್ಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಸವಾಲು ಕೂಡಾ ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೂ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುವವರು ಇರುತ್ತಾರೊ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರಗೂ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಮುಂದೊಂದು ದಿನ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕಲಿವೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಅಫ್ಘಾನಿಸ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೊಂದಿಗೂ ನಾವು ಶಾಂತಿಯಿಂದ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ತಾಲಿಬಾನ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವವರು ಶಸ್ತ್ರಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನ ತ್ಯಜಿಸಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮುನ್ನೆಲೆಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕು ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
