पराली जलाए जाने को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा- यूपी के मुख्य सचिव को करेंगे दंडित

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया था कि पराली जलाने के खिलाफ लगभग प्रशासन ने 1000 एफआईआर दर्ज की हैं और करीब एक करोड़ रुपये का लोगों पर जुर्माना लगाया है. इसके जवाब में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फटकार लगाते हुए कहा कि उसका मकसद सकारात्मक कार्यों के लिए था न कि किसी पर जबरदस्ती करने के लिए.

लखनऊः सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस अरुण मिश्रा उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव से कहा कि पराली जलाने की घटना बढ़ गई है, तो हम आपको और आपकी मशीनरी को दंडित क्यों न करें? सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि हम इसके लिए आपको नहीं छोड़ेंगे, हर किसी को पता होना चाहिए कि हम आपमें से किसी को भी नहीं छोड़ेंगे.
