बता दें कि सीडीएस जनरल बिपिन रावत की हेलीकॉप्टर दुर्घटना (coonoor helicopter crash) में मृत्य (cds bipin rawat death) हो जाने की वजह से कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी अपना जन्मदिन नहीं मनाएंगी. पार्टी के संगठन महासचिव केसी वेणुगोपाल (congress general secretary kc venugopal) ने ट्वीट किया, ''कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने नौ दिसंबर को अपना जन्मदिन नहीं मनाने का फैसला किया है. पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं और समर्थकों से आग्रह किया है कि वे किसी भी तरह के जश्न से पूरी तरह दूर रहें.''
