कोहली, डीविलियर्स, गांगुली के स्पेशल ग्रुप में शामिल हुए रॉस टेलर, किया ये कारनामा

हैदराबाद: न्यूजीलैंड और बांग्लादेश के बीच खेले गए तीन मैचों की वनडे सीरीज के आखिरी मैच में रॉस टेलर ने अर्धशतकीय पारी खेलकर एक नया कीर्तिमान बनाया है. टेलर ने इस मैच के दौरान इतिहास रचते हुए अपने वनडे करियर के 8000 रन पूरे किए. इसी के साथ ही टेलर न्यूजीलैंड के लिए वनडे क्रिकेट में सबसे ज्यादा रन बनाने वाले बल्लेबाज बन गए हैं.

डुनेडिन के ओवल मैदान पर खेले गए इस मुकाबले में रॉस टेलर ने 69 रन की पारी खेली जिसके साथ ही उन्होंने अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट में 8021 एकदिवसीय रन बना लिए हैं. इस मामले में उन्होंने कीवी टीम के पूर्व कप्तान और सलामी बल्लेबाज स्टीफन फ्लेमिंग का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ा है. पूर्व कीवी कप्तान स्टीफन फ्लेमिंग ने न्यूजीलैंड की ओर से खेलते हुए सबसे ज्यादा 8007 रन बनाए थे.

इसके साथ ही रॉस टेलर विश्व के चौथे बल्लेबाज बन गए हैं जिन्होंने तेजी से 8000 रन पूरे किए हैं. रॉस टेलर ने 203 पारियों में ये उपलब्धि हासिल की है. इस मैच से पहले टेलर को 8 हजार रन पूरा करने के लिए 43 रन की दरकरार थी. टेलर ने वनडे क्रिकेट में न्यूजीलैंड की तरफ से 20 शतक लगाए हैं. वनडे क्रिकेट में उनका सर्वोच्च स्कोर 181 रन है.वनडे क्रिकेट में सबसे तेज 8000 रन बनाने का रिकॉर्ड विराट कोहली (175) पारियां के नाम है. उसके बाद एबी डीविलियर्स (182) पारियां और सौरव गांगुली (200) पारियां हैं.

हालांकि अभी भी टेलर फ्लेमिंग के बनाए गए अंतरराष्ट्रीय रनों से 16 रन पीछे हैं. ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि पूर्व कप्तान स्टीफन फ्लेमिंग ने वर्ल्ड XI की ओर से खेलते हुए 30 रन बनाए थे. इस वजह से उनके नाम 8037 रन हैं.
