नई दिल्ली: तेज गेंदबाज प्रसिद्ध कृष्णा, बल्लेबाज सूर्यकुमार यादव और क्रुणाल पंडया को पहली बार भारत की वनडे टीम में शामिल किया गया है. इन तीनों को इंग्लैंड के साथ होने वाली तीन मैचों की वनडे सीरीज के लिए भारतीय टीम में शामिल किया गया है.
कृष्णा ने ट्विटर पर कहा, "जब आप अपने देश के लिए खेलने के लिए पहली बार चुने जाने तो यह सपना लगता है. ये एक सपने के सच होने जैसा है. मैं अपनी भूमिका निभाने और टीम की सफलता में योगदान देने को लेकर उत्साहित हूं. बीसीसीआई का धन्यवाद. शुरू करने के लिए अब और इंतजार नहीं कर सकता."

25 साल के कृष्णा घरेलू क्रिकेट में कर्नाटक के लिए खेलते हैं. उन्होंने हाल ही में विजय हजारे ट्रॉफी और मुश्ताक अली ट्रॉफी में शानदार प्रदर्शन किया था. कृष्णा आईपीएल में कोलकाता नाइटराइडर्स के लिए खेलते हैं.

भारत को इंग्लैंड के साथ 23 से 28 मार्च तक तीन मैचों की वनडे सीरीज खेलनी है. सीरीज के तीनों मैच महाराष्ट्र क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन स्टेडियम पुणे में खेला जाना है. दोनों टीमें फिलहाल पांच मैचों की टी20 सीरीज खेल रही है.
