हैदराबाद : बॉलीवुड के खिलाड़ी अक्षय कुमार ने फिल्म 'सेल्फी' से साल 2023 में बॉक्स ऑफिस पर अपना खाता खोल लिया है. अक्षय कुमार और इमरान हाशमी स्टारर फिल्म 'सेल्फी' 24 फरवरी को थिएटर्स में चल पड़ी है. फिल्म पर फिलहाल दर्शकों और क्रिटिक्स का मिला-जुला रिस्पॉन्स आ रहा है. अक्षय-इमरान की फिल्म 'सेल्फी' कैसी है और आपको क्यों देखनी चाहिए इस पर एक चर्चा तो बनती है. साथ ही अगर अक्षय और इमरान के डाई-हार्ड फैंस तो आपको इस रिव्यू से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ना चाहिए.

कौन हैं फिल्म के डायरेक्टर?

राज मेहता का नाम सुना है, जी हां वही, जिन्होंने अक्षय कुमार, करीना कपूर खान, दिलजीत दोसांझ और कियारा आडवाणी को लेकर फिल्म 'गुडन्यूज' डायरेक्ट की थी. थोड़ा और पास आते हैं. राज मेहता के निर्देशन में बनी फिल्म 'जुग-जुग जियो' तो देखी होगी, जिसमें अनिल कपूर, वरुण धवन, नीतू सिंह और मनीष पॉल का फैमिली ड्रामा देखने को मिला था. अब राज ने ही फिल्म 'सेल्फी' को खींचा (डायरेक्ट) है.

पहले तो यह जान लें कि फिल्म 'सेल्फी' ओरिजिनल नहीं बल्कि मलयालम फिल्म 'ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस' का पैसे देकर खरीदा हिंदी रीमेक है. डरिए मत, 'सेल्फी' इतनी बुरी भी नहीं है कि इसका हाल अल्लू अर्जुन स्टारर हिट फिल्म 'अला वैकुंठपुरमुलो' के हिंदी रीमेक 'शहजादा' जैसा हो जाए. 'भूल-भुलैया-2' के रूह बाबा कार्तिक आर्यन का जादू-मंत्र शहजादा में काम नहीं आया. चलिए 'सेल्फी' पर लौटते हैं.

कहानी क्या है यह जान लेते हैं पहले

फिल्म का पहला प्वाइंट यह समझें कि फिल्म एक फिल्म स्टार और मामूली से आरटीओ इंस्पेक्टर की नोकझोक पर आधारित है, जो एक सेल्फी से शुरू होकर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस पर आकर खत्म होती है. फिल्म में इमरान ने एक प्रकाश अग्रवाल नामक RTO इंस्पेक्टर और अक्षय कुमार ने फिल्म स्टार विजय कुमार का रोल किया है. फिल्म की कहानी एक भोपाल में गढ़ी गई है. प्रकाश (इमरान) स्टार विजय (अक्षय कुमार) का जबरा फैन है और उसकी सारी फिल्में देखता है. एक दिन भोपाल में विजय शूटिंग करने आता है, जहां प्रकाश की पोस्टिंग पहले से ही है, अब विजय का वहां आना तो उसके लिए भगवान का प्रकट होना ही समझे. शूटिंग के बाद प्रकाश को विजय संग लाख कोशिशों के बाद भी सेल्फी नहीं मिल पाती है और कुछ ही दिन बाद विजय को लाइसेंस की जरूरत होती है, जिसके लिए वह RTO ऑफिस जाता है. वहां होता प्रकाश और विजय का आमना-सामना. कहानी में आपको यह पता करने के लिए थिएटर्स में जाना होगा कि प्रकाश को सेल्फी और विजय लाइसेंस लेने में कितनी मशक्क्त करनी पड़ी.
