मुंबई: केंद्रीय सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर ने शुक्रवार को कुछ फिल्मों को निशाना बनाने वाली ‘बॉयकॉय ट्रेंड’ की निंदा की. इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे समय में ऐसी घटनाएं माहौल को खराब करती हैं, जब भारत एक ‘सॉफ्ट पावर’ के रूप में अपना प्रभाव बढ़ाने को उत्सुक है. ठाकुर ने कहा कि अगर किसी को किसी फिल्म से कोई दिक्कत है तो उसे संबंधित सरकारी विभाग से बात करनी चाहिए, जो मुद्दे को फिल्म निर्माताओं के साथ उठा सकता है.

लोग बिना जानें ही कर देते हैं कमेंट
उन्होंने कहा, हालांकि कभी-कभी माहौल खराब करने के लिए कुछ लोग पूरी तरह जानने से पहले ही उस पर टिप्पणी कर देते हैं. इससे दिक्कत होती है, ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए. ठाकुर शंघाई सहयोग संगठन (एससीओ) फिल्म महोत्सव का उद्घाटन करने के लिए मुंबई में हैं, जिसमें आठ यूरेशियाई देशों के क्षेत्रीय समूह से 58 फिल्मों का प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा. एससीओ पर्यवेक्षक देशों और संवाद साझेदारों ने फिल्म महोत्सव के गैर-प्रतिस्पर्धा वर्ग में प्रविष्टियां भेजी हैं.
इसके साथ ही मंत्री ने रचनात्मक स्वायत्तता की भी जोरदार वकालत की और कहा कि ‘ओवर-द-टॉप’ (ओटीटी) मंच पर सामग्री की निगरानी के लिए पर्याप्त उपाय किए गए हैं और रचनात्मकता पर कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं होना चाहिए. उन्होंने कहा कि सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय को ओटीटी मंच पर सामग्री के बारे में शिकायतें मिलती हैं, लेकिन लगभग 95 प्रतिशत शिकायतों का समाधान निर्माताओं के स्तर पर हो जाता है और अन्य को ‘एसोसिएशन आफ पब्लिशर्स’ के दूसरे चरण में सुलझाया जाता है.
मंत्री ने कहा कि अंतर्विभागीय समिति के पास केवल एक प्रतिशत शिकायतें ही पहुंचती हैं और यह सुनिश्चित किया जाता है कि ऐसे मामलों में कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए. गौरतलब है कि एक्टर अक्षय कुमार की 'सम्राट पृथ्वीराज’, आमिर खान की 'लाल सिंह चड्ढा' और दीपिका पादुकोण की ‘पद्मावत’ को बहिष्कार का दंश झेलना पड़ा था.
