India Beat Pakistan: સચિન, વિરાટને મહિલા ટીમની જીત પર ગર્વ, ટ્વિટ કરી અભિનંદન પાઠવ્યા

ભારતીય મહિલા ટીમે ટી20 વર્લ્ડ કપમાં જીત સાથે શરૂઆત કરી છે. ભારતે તેની પ્રથમ મેચમાં પાકિસ્તાનને હરાવ્યું હતું. પાકિસ્તાન સામેની શાનદાર જીત બાદ અનિલ કુંબલેથી લઈને વીવીએસ લક્ષ્મણે ભારતીય મહિલા ટીમને જીત માટે અભિનંદન પાઠવ્યા હતા.

અમદાવાદ: દક્ષિણ આફ્રિકામાં ચાલી રહેલા T20 વર્લ્ડ કપમાં ભારતે રવિવારે પ્રથમ મેચ રમી હતી. ન્યૂલેન્ડ્સ ક્રિકેટ ગ્રાઉન્ડ ખાતે આ મેચમાં ભારતે પાકિસ્તાનને 1 ઓવર બાકી રહેતા 7 વિકેટથી હરાવ્યું હતું. પાકિસ્તાને ટોસ જીતીને પ્રથમ બેટિંગ કરી હતી. પાકિસ્તાનની ટીમે 20 ઓવરમાં 4 વિકેટ ગુમાવીને 149 રન બનાવ્યા હતા. ભારતીય ટીમે 19 ઓવરમાં 3 વિકેટ ગુમાવીને 153 રન બનાવ્યા હતા. જેમિમાહ રોડ્રિગ્સે 53 રનની અણનમ ઇનિંગ રમી હતી. રિચા ઘોષ પણ 31 રન બનાવીને અણનમ રહી હતી. રોડ્રિગ્સને તેના શાનદાર પ્રદર્શન માટે પ્લેયર ઓફ ધ મેચ તરીકે જાહેર કરવામાં આવી હતી.

વિરાટ કોહલીનું ટ્વીટઃ આ શાનદાર જીત બાદ ભારતીય મહિલા ટીમની સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર ખૂબ પ્રશંસા થઈ રહી છે. ભારતના દિગ્ગજ ક્રિકેટરોએ ટીમની ભવ્ય જીત માટે પ્રશંસા કરી છે. વિરાટ કોહલીએ ટ્વીટ કરીને લખ્યું કે, અમારી મહિલા ટીમની પાકિસ્તાન સામે પ્રેશર મેચમાં જીત અને મુશ્કેલ રન ચેઝ શાનદાર છે. મહિલા ટીમ દરેક ટુર્નામેન્ટમાં મોટી છલાંગ લગાવી રહી છે અને તે દેશવાસીઓને પ્રેરણા આપી રહી છે. છોકરીઓની આખી પેઢીએ રમતને અપનાવવી જોઈએ અને મહિલા ક્રિકેટને વધુ ઊંચાઈએ લઈ જવું જોઈએ. ભગવાન તમને બધાને વધુ શક્તિ આપે.
