હૈદરાબાદ: કેન્દ્ર સરકાર તરફથી આયાત શુલ્ક અંગેના કરારના અભાવે ટેસ્લાની કાર ભલે ભારતમાં લોન્ચ (Tesla Faces Problem in India) થઈ ન હોય પરંતુ તેમને રાજ્યો તરફથી ઓફર મળવા લાગી છે. ટેસ્લા કંપનીના માલિક ઈલોન મસ્કના ટ્વિટ (Elon Musk statement) બાદ તેલંગાણા, પંજાબ, પશ્ચિમ બંગાળ અને મહારાષ્ટ્રની સરકારોએ તેમને ફેક્ટરી (Elon Musk got an offer from three state) સ્થાપવાની ઓફર કરી હતી.
ટેસ્લા માટે બિન- ભાજપ શાસિત ત્રણ રાજ્યોની સરકારો સક્રિય થઈ
વાસ્તવમાં એક ભારતીય ટ્વિટર યુઝરે ઈલોન મસ્કને પૂછ્યું હતું કે, શું ભારતમાં ટેસ્લા કારના લોન્ચને લઈને કોઈ અન્ય અપડેટ છે ? ટેસ્લા કાર અદ્ભુત છે અને વિશ્વના દરેક ખૂણામાં રહેવાને લાયક છે. આના પર ઇલોન મસ્કે 14 જાન્યુઆરીએ જવાબ (Elon Musk statement) આપ્યો હતો. તેઓ હજુ પણ સરકાર સાથે ઘણા પડકારોનો સામનો કરી રહ્યા છે. આ જવાબને કારણે બિન- ભાજપ શાસિત ત્રણ રાજ્યોની સરકારો સક્રિય થઈ ગઈ અને તરત જ ટ્વિટ પર જ ફેક્ટરી ખોલવાનું આમંત્રણ આપ્યું હતું.

તેલંગાણાના ઉદ્યોગ અને વાણિજ્ય પ્રધાન કેટી રામારાવે (KTR invite Elon Musk to set up tesla car factory) સૌથી પહેલા ટ્વિટનો જવાબ આપ્યો હતો. તેમણે લખ્યું કે "હાય ઈલોન, હું ભારતમાં તેલંગાણા રાજ્યનો (Telangana Govt offers telsa) ઉદ્યોગ અને વાણિજ્ય પ્રધાન છું. ભારત/તેલંગાણામાં વ્યવસાય સ્થાપવાના પડકારોને પહોંચી વળવા માટે ટેસ્લા સાથે ભાગીદારી કરીને આનંદ અનુભવું છું. અમારું રાજ્ય સ્થિરતા પહેલમાં ચેમ્પિયન છે અને ભારતમાં એક ટોચનું બિઝનેસ ડેસ્ટિનેશન છે."

નવજોત સિંહ સિદ્ધુએ ઈલોન મસ્કને લુધિયાણામાં ફેક્ટરી ખોલવાનું આમંત્રણ મોકલ્યું
આ પછી પંજાબ કોંગ્રેસ અધ્યક્ષ નવજોત સિંહ સિદ્ધુએ ઈલોન મસ્કને જવાબ આપતા લુધિયાણામાં ફેક્ટરી ખોલવાનું આમંત્રણ મોકલ્યું હતું. સાથે જ સમયમર્યાદા હેઠળ સિંગલ વિન્ડો ક્લિયરન્સનું વચન પણ આપ્યું હતું. મહારાષ્ટ્રના જળ સંસાધન પ્રધાન જયંત પાટીલે પણ ટેસ્લાના CEO ઈલોન મસ્કને મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં ઉત્પાદન એકમ સ્થાપવા આમંત્રણ મોકલ્યું હતું. તેમણે ટ્વિટ કર્યું કે, ભારતના સૌથી પ્રગતિશીલ રાજ્યોમાંથી એક છે. ભારતમાં સ્થાપિત થવા માટે અમે તમને મહારાષ્ટ્ર તરફથી તમામ જરૂરી સમર્થન પ્રદાન કરીશું. અમે તમને મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં તમારું ઉત્પાદન એકમ સ્થાપવા માટે આમંત્રિત કરીએ છીએ.

મોહમ્મદ ગુલામ રબ્બાનીએ પણ ઈલોન મસ્કને રાજ્યમાં બિઝનેસ માટે આમંત્રણ આપ્યું
આ ઉપરાંત પશ્ચિમ બંગાળના લઘુમતી વિકાસ અને મદરેસા શિક્ષણ પ્રધાન મોહમ્મદ ગુલામ રબ્બાનીએ પણ ઈલોન મસ્કને રાજ્યમાં બિઝનેસ માટે આમંત્રણ આપ્યું હતું. રબ્બાનીએ ટ્વિટર પર લખ્યું, "અહીં કામ કરો, અમારી પાસે પશ્ચિમ બંગાળમાં શ્રેષ્ઠ સુવિધાઓ છે અને અમારી નેતા મમતા બેનર્જી દૂરંદેશી ધરાવે છે." મોહમ્મદ ગુલામ રબ્બાનીના ટ્વિટ પર બીજેપી આઈટી સેલના પ્રભારી અમિત માલવિયાએ તેમને રાજ્યના ભૂતકાળના રેકોર્ડ્સ યાદ કરાવવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો હતો.

ઈન્ડિયા મોટર્સ એન્ડ એનર્જી પ્રાઈવેટ લિમિટેડ નામની ટેસ્લાની પેટાકંપની સ્થપાઈ
માલવિયાએ ટ્વિટ કર્યું, 'તમને લાગશે કે આ મજાક છે પરંતુ એવું નથી. પશ્ચિમ બંગાળના લઘુમતી અને મદરેસા શિક્ષણના પ્રભારી પ્રધાને ઈલોન મસ્કને પશ્ચિમ બંગાળમાં રોકાણ કરવાની દરખાસ્ત કરી છે. તેમની દરખાસ્ત મમતા બેનર્જીના મતદાન પછીની હિંસાના રેકોર્ડથી શરૂ થશે અને સિંગુર આંદોલન સાથે સમાપ્ત થશે. નોંધપાત્ર રીતે 2020માં ઈલોન મસ્કએ કહ્યું હતું કે, ટેસ્લા ભારતમાં ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વાહનો માટે ઉત્પાદન એકમ સ્થાપશે. કંપનીના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર ભારતમાં કામગીરી શરૂ કરવા માટે ઈન્ડિયા મોટર્સ એન્ડ એનર્જી પ્રાઈવેટ લિમિટેડ નામની ટેસ્લાની પેટાકંપનીની સ્થાપના કરવામાં આવી છે.
ભારતમાં 40 હજાર ડોલરથી વધુની કિંમતની લક્ઝરી કાર પર 100 ટકા ઈમ્પોર્ટ ડ્યૂટી
ટેસ્લાનું કહેવું છે કે, હાલમાં ભારતમાં વિદેશથી આયાત કરવામાં આવતી ઈલેક્ટ્રિક કાર પર વધુ ઈમ્પોર્ટ ડ્યૂટી વસૂલવામાં આવી રહી છે. તેઓ તેમની પ્રોડક્ટને લક્ઝરી કેટેગરીના બદલે ઇલેક્ટ્રિકલ વ્હીકલ કેટેગરીમાં રાખવાની માગ કરી રહ્યા છે. તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે, ભારતમાં 40 હજાર ડોલરથી વધુની કિંમતની લક્ઝરી કાર પર 100 ટકા ઈમ્પોર્ટ ડ્યૂટી વસૂલવામાં આવે છે, જ્યારે તેનાથી ઓછી કિંમતની કાર પર 60 ટકા ઈમ્પોર્ટ ડ્યૂટી ચૂકવવી પડે છે.
