નવી દિલ્હી: વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ બુધવારે કહ્યું કે, કોવિડ-19 સામે લડતા આરોગ્ય કર્મચારીઓની સલામતી સાથે કોઈ સમાધાન કરવામાં આવશે નહીં. તેમણે કહ્યું કે, સરકારની આ પ્રતિબદ્ધતાને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને કેન્દ્રીય કેબિનેટે એક અધ્યાદેશને મંજૂરી આપી દીધી છે.

મોદીએ કહ્યું કે, આ અધ્યાદેશ આપણા સ્વાસ્થ્ય કર્મીઓની સલામતી સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા માટે છે. વડાપ્રધાને કહ્યું કે, "તેમની સલામતી સાથે કોઈ સમાધાન કરવામાં આવશે નહીં."
કેબિનેટે બુધવારે અધ્યાદેશને મંજૂરી આપી દીધી છે, જેઓ કોરોના વાઈરસ સામે લડી રહ્યાં છે અને આરોગ્ય કર્મચારીઓ પર હુમલો કરનારા સામે કડક સજાની જોગવાઈ કરી છે.
