Babri Masjid Demolition Case: Sadhvi Rithambara to be produced in CBI court today

In the Babri Masjid demolition case, Hindu political activist Sadhvi Rithambara will be produced in the special CBI court on Monday.

Lucknow: Hindu political activist Sadhvi Rithambara will appear in the special CBI court on Monday in the Babri Masjid demolition case.

For the past several days, the CBI Special Court has been hearing in the disputed structure demolition case in Ayodhya in which many accused including senior BJP leader Vinay Katiyar have been produced.

Senior advocate KK Mishra, appearing for CBI special court on behalf of the accused including Sadhvi Rithambara, told ETV Bharat, "Sadhvi Rithambara will be produced in court on Monday and more than thousand questions under section 313 of CrPC will be asked."

Regarding the case, senior BJP leader LK Advani, Union Minister Uma Bharti and many other accused including former Governor of Rajasthan Kalyan Singh are yet to appear in the court.

Senior defence counsel KK Mishra said that Uma Bharti is to be produced in the court on Tuesday.

The remaining accused will be produced in the court gradually.
