Father beaten to death by son in Jharkhand

A man in Koderma was held by the police for beating his father to death. The cause of the crime is said to be a dispute over money.

Ranchi: Jharkhand police arrested a man for killing his father in Koderma district on Friday.

According to the police, Mahendra Singh was beaten to death by his son Gautam Singh (24) on Friday after a dispute over money. The body was sent for the post-mortem while the accused was arrested under various sections.

The police are investigating the matter.
