Headmaster goes for a massage from parent, gets suspension in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has suspended the headmaster at Kodandaramapura High School for allegedly getting a massage from a parent on the school premises. A departmental inquiry has been ordered against him.

According to reports, the woman came to the school seeking admission for her child. Lokeshappa, the headmaster of the Kodandaramapura High school, reportedly exerted pressure on her to give him a massage.

The incident came to light after visuals were leaked to the media causing a furore.

The suspension order was issued by the BBMP on Wednesday as the video and photos of the headmaster getting the massage went viral on social media.

He has been suspended for dereliction of duty during working hours as per the Karnataka Civil Services Regulations.
