Bilaspur: A day before Valentine's Day, a young man and a young woman allegedly died by suicide. Police recovered the bodies of both from the railway track. The Government Railway Police (GRP) are now trying to find out why both of them took the extreme step.
According to the GRP, they received information on Thursday afternoon that the bodies of two people were lying on the railway track. The Police reached the spot immediately after receiving the information. The condition of both the bodies lying on the spot was very bad. Police questioned the people nearby regarding the incident.
On the eve of Valentine's Day: According to the police, both the boy and the girl were residents of different neighborhoods. It is not known why they died by suicide. The police are now investigating to find out the reasons behind the suicide. They are questioning the family members of the deceased boy and girl. Both the bodies have been handed over to their families after post-mortem.
"The police had received information that a young man and a woman had committed suicide on the railway track. After the incident took place on the railway line, GRP was informed on the spot. Investigation is being done about the incident," - DR Tandon, CASP.
