Ranchi: Petitioner Jahanara has filed a PIL seeking a CID probe into the conspiracy to topple the Hemant Soren government of Jharkhand.
Through his petition, he has demanded that a conspiracy is going on to destabilize the democratically elected Hemant government and get it investigated by the CID.
Naming BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, BJP state president and MP Deepak Prakash, former Chief Minister Raghuvar Das and others as defendants, the petitioner has informed the court that the charges being levelled against Soren are that of 2013.
