'Tolerance of Hindus ensures good life for Muslims in India'

Referring to a case in the capital city, wherein a young man was killed for allegedly being in love with a Muslim girl, the VHP leader said it should not be allowed and the action should be taken against those who mob lynch people.

New Delhi: Expressing concern over "Muslims being intolerant and killing Hindus", Surendra Jain, International Joint General Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has said India is the only country in the world where Muslims live a good life and "it's possible because of tolerance of Hindus.

In video message here, the VHP leader said that in case a Hindu boy falls in love with a Muslim girl, he is killed but if it's the other way round there is no problem.

Referring to a case in the capital city, wherein a young man was killed for allegedly being in love with a Muslim girl, he said it should not be allowed and the action should be taken against those who mob lynch people.

The VHP leader said that over 70 incidents of Hindus being killed by mobs have taken place in the past five years and it should be checked.

Jain said there are political outfits that go against the national interest for their vested interests.
