Deadlock between farmers and govt concerning, RLSP's Madhav Anand

Madhav Anand on Sunday said that the RLSP is very concerned about agricultural laws and farmers and we request the Central Government to do the needful as soon as possible.

New Delhi: National General Secretary of Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP) Madhav Anand on Sunday said that there is a deadlock between the Central Government and the Farmers' Organizations regarding the three farm laws and despite many efforts, no midway has been found yet.

He said that today marks the 74th day of the farmer movement during which a lot of them have also lost their lives.

"Tractor rally was taken out on 26 January and yesterday chakka jam was organised all over the country. But the problem is still there. Farmers' organizations and the central government will have to adopt a flexible approach and talk with an open heart. Only then a path can be found through dialogue. Our party is very concerned about agricultural laws and farmers and we request the Central Government to do the needful as soon as possible," he said.

Demonstration of farmers continues in Delhi and adjoining borders demanding the withdrawal of all three agricultural laws. Guarantees are also demanded on MSP.

The central government had proposed to postpone these laws for 18 months, which the farmers rejected.
