Turin: Cristiano Ronaldo has told Juventus that he wants to leave.
Ronaldo informed the Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri of his intention to leave the club on Thursday and Manchester rivals are working on a sensational return of Ronaldo to the English Premier League.
"Yesterday Cristiano told me that he no longer plans to play for Juventus," Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri said Friday.
Allegri said Ronaldo will miss the Serie A match against Empoli as a result.

Manchester City is considering an option to buy the Portugal forward.
Earlier, Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola said, "Cristiano was at Juventus, I think a Juventus player. Only I can say that in three or four days left in the transfer window everything can happen.
On Thursday, in the meantime, Manchester United have submitted a contract offer to Cristiano Ronaldo after he spoke to his former coach Sir Alex Ferguson about rejoining the club.
