Shoojit Sircar's Piku is a 2015 comedy-drama film produced by N. P. Singh, Ronnie Lahiri, and Sneha Rajani. It circles not just around a father-daughter relationship, but also reflects on the little joys in life. The central character Piku, is played by Deepika Padukone, who is a single and independent working woman. The film highlights how she does not need a man in her life.

It was released in India on May 8, 2015, and also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan in key roles. Moushumi Chatterjee and Jisshu Sengupta also play significant roles. The screenplay was written by Juhi Chaturvedi.
