Chennai: After a Telugu channel has illegally aired Yash's KGF: Chapter 1, creative executive producer Karthik Gowda took to Twitter to express his anger over the telecast of the film and said that the team is planning to file a legal suit against the channel.

He posted a screenshot clicked during the telecast and wrote, "A telugu local channel named #Every^ is playing KGF film illegally. We will move legally against them and sue for their actions. While the satellite deal is on talks and almost finalized, a cable channel does this. We have ample proof woth screen shots, videos of the same (sic)."
