The way miscreants dragged the victim away in the car in front of the general public and police escort raises a question mark on the security police could provide to victims. On Monday, the woman had filed a case of rape in the Balaini police station of the district. Today the victim's statement was to be recorded in the court, but before reaching the court, the victim was kidnapped on the way.
