New Delhi: Union Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government is committed to protect the interests of traders and to promote ease of doing business.
Addressing the traders community at the National Traders Convention in Delhi, Singh said, "There are many forces in the country who are trying to defame the NDA government on the economic issues but the government is not only aware of the issues facing the traders but also actively working towards its resolution."

"The NDA government is committed to protect the interests of the traders and to promote ease of doing business," he said. He further said that whether small traders have been facing difficulties regarding GTS then it is the duty of the NDA government to protect the interests of them.
Besides this Singh praised the traders for their cooperation with the government to face every challenge which had come to their way and make the government-run smoothly.

However, he also said that soon people will get the benefit of digitalisation of the tax-related services which will put a full stop to their struggle to visit different offices for every single purpose.
Meanwhile, he asserted that India has done a remarkable job by improving the ease of doing business ranking.
