Seema Haider, who came to India illegally from Pakistan to marry a man she met in the PUBG game, is facing threats. It may be recalled that Bollywood producer Amit Jani is producing a movie titled 'Karachi to Noida' based on the love story of Sachin Meena and Seema Haidar. "Seema Haider was chosen to act in the film. Raj Thackeray's Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) party issued a warning and threatened her not to act in the film, or be ready to face further actions," Ameya Kopkar, a key leader of the party, tweeted on his Twitter handle.

Seema Haider, who entered India illegally from Pakistan for a young man she met while playing the PUBG game, received a chance to act in a movie. Johnny Firefox Production House producing a film titled "A Tailor's Murder Story" on the murder of Udaipur tailor Kanhaiya Lal. Seema was approached for the role of 'Raw' agent in this film. To this extent, film directors Jayant Sinha and Bharat Singh auditioned Seema for the role on Tuesday.

The Ministry of External Affairs on Thursday said it is aware of the case of Seema Haider, a Pakistani national, who sneaked into India to be with her lover Sachin whom she met on an online gaming platform. Addressing the weekly media briefing here in New Delhi, MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said, "We are aware of the matter. Pakistani woman Seema Haider was presented before the court and is now out on bail. The matter is under investigation and we will disclose further information if we receive".
