হায়দরাবাদ, 3 জুন: ওড়িশার ট্রেন বিপর্যয়ে শনিবার বেলা পর্যন্ত মৃতের সংখ্যা কমপক্ষে 288 ৷ আহতের সংখ্যা প্রায় হাজার ৷ এদের মধ্যে 56 জনের অবস্থা আশঙ্কাজনক ৷ ইতিমধ্যেই ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছেছেন প্রশাসনিক কর্তারা ৷ এদিন ঘটনাস্থল ঘুরে দেখেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদি ও পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ৷ ঘটনায় শোক প্রকাশ করেছেন টলিউড ও বলিউডের অভিনেতা-অভিনেত্রীরা ৷ টুইটারে নিহত পরিবারবর্গের প্রতি সমবেদনা জানিয়েছেন অভিনেতা তথা ঘাটালের সাংসদ দেব । শুরু করে অক্ষয় কুমার, জুনিয়র এনটিআর, সলমন খান, অক্ষয় কুমার প্রমুখ ৷

প্রসঙ্গত, ওড়িশায় ট্রেন দুর্ঘটনার কারণ হিসাবে উঠে এসেছে সিগন্যালের ত্রুটি। রেলের তরফে একটি যৌথ পরিদর্শন রিপোর্ট প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে শনিবার। ঘটনাস্থল পরিদর্শনের পর রেল আধিকারিকেরা যৌথ রিপোর্টে সিগন্যালের ত্রুটির কথা বলছেন। বিস্তারিত তদন্তের পর দুর্ঘটনার কারণ আরও স্পষ্ট হবে বলে জানা গিয়েছে।
