শ্রীনগর, 30 অগস্ট: উপত্যকায় ফের দুই জঙ্গিকে নিকেশ করল নিরাপত্তারক্ষীরা ৷ মঙ্গলবার বিকেলে সোপিয়ানে (Shopian) নিরাপত্তারক্ষীদের সঙ্গে গুলির লড়াই শুরু হয় নিরাপত্তারক্ষীদের ৷ সেই গুলির লড়াইয়ে কয়েকমিনিটের ব্যবধানে 2 জঙ্গি নিকেশ হয় (Militants killed in Shopian) ৷ সোপিয়ানের নাগবাল এলাকায় জঙ্গিদের লুকিয়ে থাকায় খবর পেয়ে এদিন সক্রিয় হন নিরাপত্তারক্ষীরা ৷ এলাকা ঘিরে শুরু হয় তল্লাশি অভিযান ৷ যার ফলশ্রুতিতেই পরবর্তীতে দু'পক্ষের মধ্যে গুলি বিনিময় শুরু হয় ৷

কাশ্মীর জোন পুলিশের (Kashmir Zone Police) তরফে দুই জঙ্গির নিকেশ হওয়ার ঘটনাটি সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে শেয়ার করা হয়েছে ৷ প্রথম টুইটে এক জঙ্গির মৃত্যুর খবর জানিয়ে কাশ্মীর জোন পুলিশ লেখে, "অভিযান জারি রয়েছে ৷" কয়েকমিনিটের ব্যবধানে দ্বিতীয় টুইটে দ্বিতীয় জঙ্গির নিকেশের খবর জানানো হয় ৷ মৃত দুই জঙ্গির লস্কর-ই-তৈবার বলেই প্রাথমিক অনুমান কাশ্মীর জোন পুলিশের ৷ অভিযান জারি রয়েছে এখনও ৷ দফায়-দফায় চলছে গুলির লড়াই ৷
