ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ— ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਅੰਡਰ-19 ਟੀ-20 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਰਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡੇ ਗਏ ਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਤ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾਇਆ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ 69 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ 14 ਓਵਰਾਂ 'ਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਜਿੱਤ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਮਹਿਲਾ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਰਚਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਬੀਸੀਸੀਆਈ ਨੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਟਾਫ 'ਤੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
