ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ : ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਨੇ ਸਨਿੱਚਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਈ.ਐਸ.ਆਈ.ਐਸ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਤ ਸਮੂਹ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਗੁਫ਼ਰਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਗੁਫ਼ਰਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਮੂਹ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਬੰਬ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਉਲੀਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਗੁਫ਼ਰਾਨ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਮਰੋਹਾ ਦਾ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਹੈ। ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਗੁਫ਼ਰਾਨ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜੰਗ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਕਤ-ਉਲ-ਹਰਬ-ਏ-ਇਸਲਾਮ ਨਾਂਅ ਦਾ ਆਈ.ਐਸ.ਆਈ.ਐਸ ਤੋਂ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਮਾਡਿਯੂਲ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਰਾ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਗੁਫ਼ਰਾਨ 13ਵਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਮੂਹ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਲੜੀਵਾਰ ਆਤਮਘਾਤੀ ਬੰਬ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।
ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਪਤ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਆਈਐੱਸਆਈ ਮਾਡਿਯੂਲ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਚਾਰ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਚਾਰਾਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਡਿਜ਼ੀਟਲ ਸਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਵੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਲੇ 2016 ਦੇ ਅਬੂਧਾਬੀ ਮਾਡਿਯੂਲ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਧੀਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
