Exclusive: Aishwarya Sheoran's journey from ramp walking to cracking UPSC

Aishwarya Sheoran, who secured an All India rank of 93 in the Civil Services Examination 2019 is truly impressive. But what makes it even more special is the fact that Aishwarya is also an acclaimed model and was also a Miss India 2016 finalist. In an exclusive interview with ETV Bharat, Sheoran said, "The thrill of walking on the ramp kept me going for over a year-and-half. However, as I am a nerd, I wanted to return to my first love-academics." She also shared how she cannot focus on her phone around, adding that she also went off social media to concentrate on her studies. She also said that she always wanted to be a civil servant and modelling was a hobby. It was her dream to become an IAS officer which has now come true after she has qualified UPSC Civil Services Exam 2019.
