Volunteers form human chain amidst gushing flood water to rescue toddler

Satara: In a heart touching video, volunteers were seen rescuing a toddler amidst gushing flood water. The volunteers formed a human chain and carried the toddler with caution. Torrential rain during the last eight days has disrupted lives in Satara district.
