Last surviving ivory artists of Assam

After rules and treaties were signed internationally to protect wildlife from exploitation, besides saving lots of elephants in Africa and Asia, it ended India's long tradition in ivory carving. Now, the last surviving ivory artists of Assam say there's nothing they can do to preserve the art form. Scarcity of ivory has also forced them to change their livelihood.
