Haridwar: After the two-day long meeting of the Central Board of Directors of Vishwa Hindu Parishad here, its working president, Alok Kumar on Thursday reckoned that the promise of Ram Mandir shall soon be fulfilled.
Many senior leaders from all over the globe attended the meeting to discuss the construction of Ram Temple, Section 370 and 35A.
While talking to ETV Bharat after the meet, Kumar said that all the saints are satisfied with the promise of construction of Ram Mandir made by BJP in the party manifesto.
"Ram Mandir construction is being delayed from the last 70 years. This matter needs attention. VHP will provide complete cooperation and support to BJP in the matter," said Kumar.
"No ultimatum has been given to the BJP by the VHP with regards to the construction of Ram temple," he added.
Kumar told ETV Bharat that according to the council's estimates, the construction will not take much time and this generation will witness the temple with their own eyes. As far as removal of Section 370 and 35A from Kashmir is concerned, he informed that it has been a major issue in BJP's election meeting.BJP President Amit Shah had earlier said that Section 370 and 35A will be removed from Kashmir.
