Ever since the rape case was registered against Sengar, many security and investigative officials have visited the victim's house, but no one unnoticed that the CCTV cameras have been filming them.

After the recent accident, in which the victim, her lawyer were seriously injured and her two aunts were killed, and the public outrage over victim's security, it now appears that no one seems to have noticed the CCTV cameras for such a long time.

In the accident case, Sengar and his brother Manoj Singh along with eight others were booked for "hatching a criminal conspiracy to kill the rape survivor and her family".

The Supreme Court on Wednesday transferred all the five cases involving the Unnao rape survivor out of Uttar Pradesh to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Delhi. The top court also directed that the CBI's probe into the car crash must be completed within seven days.
