Sisodia dares UP minister to join him to debate Kejriwal, Yogi govt models

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia dared Uttar Pradesh Minister Sidharth Nath Singh to join him in a debate on the state of education in India's most populous state vis-a-vis that in the national capital. On December 16, Sisodia had accepted the challenge thrown by several ministers in the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet who dared the AAP leader to debate on the Kejriwal’s Delhi Model versus Yogi’s UP Model.

Lucknow: Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Tuesday reached Lucknow in and dared Uttar Pradesh Minister Sidharth Nath Singh to join him in open debate on the Kejriwal’s Delhi Model versus Yogi’s UP Model.

On December 16, Sisodia had accepted the challenge thrown by several ministers in the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet who dared the AAP leader to visit the state and debate on the education and school facilities in the two states.

Speaking to ETV Bharat, Sisodia said that he has accepted the challenge given by UP Minister Sidharth Nath Singh and came to Lucknow for debate. However, the Singh has not given him time and place for debate yet.

"I will be happy to hear from the Uttar Pradesh leaders about the state of education, health, electricity in the state for the first time. There should be discussion over the Kejriwal model vs the Yogi model," he further said.

During his function here at the Gandhi Bhawan, Sisodia also showed an 18-month-old video on the condition of schools in Delhi to journalists, claiming that their condition has much more improved since Kejriwal formed the government and is much better than the conditions of schools in UP.
