Authorities step up efforts to develop a new Noida

The Noida Development Authority (NDA) mulling over plans to develop a new Noida. There is a plan to develop the areas along the Yamuna Expressway and the Yamuna Bank.

Gautam Buddha Nagar: Noida, which is known as the window or even the gateway to Uttar Pradesh, is all set to undergo a total transformation in terms of facilities and beautification for which the Noida Development Authority (NDA) is stepping up efforts. There is a plan to make the city more organised and add a lot to many other facilities to further improve it. The NDA has started working accordingly.

In fact, there is a plan to develop a New Noida by developing the areas along the Yamuna Expressway and the Yamuna Bank. New Noida will be developed on the lines of New Delhi and will have direct connectivity with Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway.

Efforts intensified for New Noida

Many plans have been mooted to develop residential and industrial areas in New Noida. Plans have also been devised for better road networks to ensure smooth connectivity not only within New Noida but also to Delhi, Agra and other areas. If all goes as per the planning, New Noida will entirely be different from Noida, both in terms of facilities and urban landscape.

Noida-Greater Noida Expressway will be seen in a different form. It is being resurfaced. NDA will have its office in New Noida. It is under construction in Sector 96. The work over underpasses on the expressway is going on, which will provide better connectivity to the residents of different sectors of New Noida, Noida and Greater Noida.

Hightech facilities in New Noida

The process to develop New Noida has kickstarted. Efforts have been intensified for the development of Sector 151, Sector 151A, Golf Course, Entertainment Centre and helipad. As per the information available, New Noida will be equipped with high tech facilities, better connectivity and quality transport network.
